Here's a quote of a quote from a [ZdNet article | http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1104_2-5291403.html?tag=zdfd.newsfeed ] that gives me relief:

So I guess you would still be forced into paying to use any patents that you're found to infringe on but only after the court finds you guilty.
