unicode flag for clisp

Hi

How can I set the compile time unicode flag when compiling clisp?
If I want to start clisp like that:
clisp -L french -E fr
WARNING: *DEFAULT-FILE-ENCODING*: no encoding FR, using locale encoding
WARNING: *PATHNAME-ENCODING*: no encoding FR, using locale encoding
WARNING: *TERMINAL-ENCODING*: no encoding FR, using locale encoding
WARNING: *FOREIGN-ENCODING*: no encoding FR, using locale encoding
WARNING: *MISC-ENCODING*: no encoding FR, using locale encoding

I would just like to use UNICODE, but I could not find the compile flag... Thanks for you help

Richard
