Microsoft is jumping into the VoIP game. They'll be integrating voice and video into their Live Communications Server. They've also announced a new application called Office Communicator 2005 which promises "to make it easier for workers to manage their phone calls, E-mail, and instant messages from the same place." It'll also allow other users to "see whether they're at their desks, on the move, or offline, and route incoming calls accordingly." (source) The source for those quotes also mentions tighter integration with the rest of the Office suite so people can share their spreadsheets and everything else. Ever more details can be found here.

That sounds like a challenge to us in the Jabber® community. So what VoIP and document collaboration efforts/implementations do we have because we'll either need to find those or get our butts in gear to get those implemented.
